Orb 3D is an innovative 3D block elimination game designed for iOS devices, bringing a classic gameplay concept into a three-dimensional cylindrical space.

1. Game Overview & Instructions
Game Rules
- Circular Playfield: The game board is a 3D cylinder with a grid size of 18 × 15. Each horizontal row consists of a ring of 18 blocks, with a maximum height of 10 blocks.
- Falling Blocks: Each falling piece (tetromino) is made up of 4 individual blocks.
- Line Clearance: When you successfully fill an entire horizontal ring of 18 blocks, that row is cleared, and points are awarded.
- Victory Condition: Safely place and complete 100 components to pass the level.
- Game Over: The game ends if the stacked blocks reach the top of the 10-row grid and no new pieces can be placed.
Controls
The game features a classic virtual button layout. Five semi-transparent buttons are evenly distributed across the bottom of the screen:
- Rotate World Left (<): Rotates the entire game camera/field to the left to view the stacking from different angles.
- Rotate World Right (>): Rotates the game camera/field to the right.
- Hold: Temporarily stores the current falling block, or swaps it with a previously stored one.
- Rotate Block (🔄): Changes the orientation and shape of the falling piece.
- Drop (⬇️): Accelerates the descent of the falling block (soft drop or hard drop).
Camera Adjustments
- Pause Menu: Tap the center area of the screen to pause the game and access the pause menu (Resume / Restart).
- Distance Slider: Adjusts the size of the playfield on your screen (zoom in or zoom out).
- V-Shift Slider: Adjusts the vertical tilt/height of the camera to help you better observe the falling blocks.

Troubleshooting (FAQ)
- What should I do if the game runs slowly or stutters?
- Try closing other background apps on your iOS device or restarting the device.
- The playfield is too small or hard to see?
- Use the
Distance and V-Shift sliders on the left and right sides of the screen to adjust the camera perspective to a comfortable view.
- There is no sound in the game?
- Ensure that your iOS device is not set to silent mode and that the media volume is turned up.
3. Privacy Policy

The developer, Bin Hua (“we”, “our”, or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Orb 3D (the “App”) handles information.
- No Personal Data Collection: Orb 3D is an offline, single-player game. We do not collect, store, or share any of your personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.
- Local Storage: All gameplay data, including your high scores and level progress, is stored locally on your own iOS device. We cannot access this data, and it is never transmitted to any external servers.
3.2 Third-Party Services
- The App does not integrate third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. No behavior data is tracked or shared with third parties.
- If the App uses standard Apple services in the future (such as Game Center or iCloud backup), the collection and storage of that data will be governed directly by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
3.3 Children’s Privacy
Because the App does not collect any personal information, it is safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children.

4. User Agreement (Terms of Service)

Please read this User Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully before downloading, installing, or using Orb 3D (the “Software”).
4.1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
4.2 Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the Software (including but not limited to the game code, graphics, UI design, sound effects, and the name “Orb 3D”) are owned by the developer, Bin Hua.
- You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and free license to run the Software on a single iOS device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or commercially distribute this Software.
4.3 User Conduct
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. You shall not use any cheats, mods, or hacks to alter the gameplay or compromise the integrity of the Software.
4.4 Disclaimer of Warranties
- “As Is” Basis: The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the Software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted on all iOS devices.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including device damage or loss of gameplay progress) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
4.5 Modifications to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
4.6 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction in the developer’s location.
