Support Help for the Big & Easy Puzzles app — relaxing large-print word searches and sudoku. How to play Word Search
From the home screen, tap Play Word Search and choose a theme. Find each word from the list inside the grid. Words can run across, down, or diagonally. Tap the letters of a word to mark it. Found words are checked off the list.
Sudoku
From the home screen, tap Play Sudoku and choose a puzzle. Tap an empty square, then tap a number to fill it in. Use Clear cell to remove a number if you change your mind.
Frequently asked questions Is the app free? Yes. The puzzles in the app are free to play, with no ads. Does the app collect my data? No. We do not collect any personal information. See the Privacy Policy below for details. Where can I get more puzzles? Tap Get the Book on the home screen to find the printed Big & Easy Large-Print Activity Book, which has 40 extra-large word searches and sudoku to solve with a pencil. Can I make the text even larger? The app is already designed for extra-large, high-contrast reading. You can also increase your device’s system text size in your phone’s Display settings. This Privacy Policy explains how the Big & Easy Puzzles app (“the App”) handles your information. The App is provided by Bin Hua (“we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to this policy. Information we do not collect We built the App so it works without knowing anything about you. We do not collect:
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact details. Account or login information — the App has no sign-up and no login. Location data. Usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking of any kind. Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
Information stored on your device Any puzzle progress (for example, which words you have found) is kept only on your own device so the App can work. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us or to anyone else, and is removed if you delete the App. No third-party services The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. The App contains a “Get the Book” link that opens an outside website (such as Amazon) where the printed book can be purchased. Once you leave the App, that website is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one. We do not receive any personal information from those websites. Children’s privacy The App is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Changes to this policy If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
